Now I know what you're thinking, Sudoku? Lame. Not really. On top of being a brain exercise, and relaxing, these games are genuinely great to pass free time. The Thing though about this Sudoku platform that stands out is all the options you have to mix it up! From two different sized practice boards (4x4 & 6x6) to four degrees of difficulty (easy, medium, hard, & challenging) it should keep you entertained. You also have the option to do all four difficulties in a row for a real test of skills or to even change from the traditional number layout to Japanese Kanji, or Sushi.

Easy to understand from its name, this game has a restaurant theme, and suiting it is. All the way from the menu (quite literally flipping like a menu and being laid out like one in a sushi bar) to the game board laid out like a place mat complete with chopsticks and a a soy sauce timer. One of the things that also makes this game shine from most Sudoku games, aside from its great theme, is the ease of use. You can select the numbers on the side, or use your keyboard to change in between numbers, characters, and sushi on the fly.

For the people who're serious about their scores, the game actually keeps track of all your times on all levels, neatly laid out in its Stats menu. Also featuring the traditional Japanese after diner snack Dango, to keep in theme. To add to the list of features, the answer checking system is golden. Unlike most Sudoku games, this one won't let you enter a wrong solution at any point- in the game. This makes getting lost a thing of the past, for this puzzle workout.

The only thing lacking in this game is a soundtrack, which can get repetitive, but they allow you to turn off the music and the game sounds at any point, which is a god-send, since I think I could go crazy listening to a loop of harp music. Overall, excellent attention to detail has been given in consideration for the atmosphere and quality of this platform, as well as consideration for keeping the game interesting- since, well... It is Sudoku.
