Re: Dad n' Me
I totally agree. Best game on NewGrounds, if not the internet. Wonderful graphics, and wonderfully challenging. Just a quick question to anyone reading this comment, if you have beaten it, how many tries did it take? It took me about 3...

Love the game, the best of it's kind.
Got through it the first time playing! ![]()
(Although i have to admit repeatingly using that attack which makes the enemy fly high, sunchips got only one hit on me ^.^)

"Post another one, because everyone knows that two negatives make a positive!"

Re: Dad n' Me
Is it just me who thinks that the game is a teensy bit overrated? I mean, it's a wonderful game, but that doesn't necessarilly mean that it's as wonderful as people keep making out.
The gameplay seemed to get repetative very quickly for me, and ended up boiling down to using the same few combos over and over again. The interactive terrain was great, but the game would have been so much more fun if there was more of it, and the continue system was just terrible - you die and you have to go all - the - way - back - to - the - goddamn - start.
Plus the TNR, selectable font on the football scores just irritated me :P
Anyway, that article didn't seem to be dispelling any of the bias around the game whatsoever. It's a great game, but it's far from perfect.
I'm too lazy to put an image here.
